The Protein Production and Analysis Platform has joined the LTA! The platform produces and purifies the proteins of your choice in order to carry out biochemical or structural experiments. Expression is done either in bacteria or Sf9 insect cells. In addition, the platform has expertise in the HDX-MS methodology for identifying sites of interaction between a protein and a partner. This partner can be a protein (an antiboby for example), membranes, nucleic acids or small molecules.

The platform is open to both academic and industrial laboratories.
